Job Title: HR Administrator Location: Magherafelt Salary / Range: Up to £30,000 Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Summary VANRATH are assisting a well-established organisation in Magherafelt as they seek a dedicated HR Administrator to support HR operations and employee administration. This role is ideal for an organised professional who enjoys handling HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing efficient support to management and staff. What do you need? Proven experience in HR administration Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law Experience maintaining HR records, databases, and filing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR software for reporting and record-keeping Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with employees and management Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes is desirable What you will do each day Provide administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HR databases Support payroll, absence tracking, and other HR reporting requirements Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications Liaise with management and employees to provide guidance on HR processes and policies Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee development programmes Support HR projects and initiatives, including staff surveys, performance reviews, and wellbeing programmes Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth HR operations For further information on this job, or any other HR role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today.
