In this role as a Graduate Learning Mentor, the successful candidate will be required to provide individual and small group support to children with complex learning needs and behavioural issues in KS3 & KS4.

Graduate Learning Mentor - Role Information:
Providing 1:1 & small group support to KS3 & KS4 students with SEN & SEMH needs
Focusing on progression of academic, social and emotional development of students
Creating rapport with students and monitoring progression across year
Monday to Friday role - 08.30am - 15.30pm working hours
November 2025 to July 2026 contracted position
Paid £95 per day during term time - FREE online CPD courses includedGraduate Learning Mentor - Applicant Requirements:
Minimum 2:2 UK based Psychology, Sociology or Criminology degree
Strong academic background
Prior experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring
Excellent organisation and communication skills
