We are a specialist Pupil Referral Unit and Assessment Centre supporting pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 & 4. Our team provides a structured, nurturing environment for learners who need a fresh start and tailored support.

We’re looking for a Learning Mentor who is:

1. Resilient and adaptable, with a calm, grounded presence

2. A skilled communicator, able to build trust and rapport quickly

3. Proactive and enthusiastic, with a passion for unlocking potential

4. Empathetic and patient, with a sense of humour and a team-first mindset

Your role will include:

5. Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs in small groups and 1:1

6. Helping to deliver accessible, engaging learning experiences

7. Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour

8. Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to support progress
