Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM systems Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the technology, software, or professional services sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business Experience using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and customer data Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Relevant sales or business development qualifications are desirable Knowledge of the UK market and industry-specific regulations is advantageous Why Join Us?
