Our client is based in Reading and is seeking a candidate to join their busy HR Team on a contract until December 2025.Some of the main responsibilities will include:-
1. Generate adverts, offers, and terms and conditions of employment and ensure receipt of appropriate documents.
2. Generate contract amendments and extensions in accordance with statutory obligations
3. Ensure that the appropriate immigration/document checks are in place
4. Liaise closely with the wider HR and Payroll team and the HR Partner/Adviser team to ensure effective and timely workflow of documentation.
5. Ensure that all appointments and amendments are appropriately documented,municated, and recorded
6. Entering all new starter information accurately into the HR
7. Respond to all relevant queries, in liaison with the Senior HR Administrator and HR Systems Manager and HR Partners/Advisers.
The ideal candidate will need to have good administration skills and have some relevant HR experience.
Experience of SAP SUCCESSFACTORS is essential to be considered for this role.
