We have an opportunity for a WorkFlow Developer to lead development of our National Technology team.
The Workflow Developer is required for the implementation and ongoing support of business processes; user workflows; and financial analysis within software applications for RSM. You will be principally working alongside a team of 16 software developers and product owners from within the business to design and configure complex & technical workflows within a bespoke enterprise financial system. The role will require good technical knowledge of computers ( principals behind Excel formulas / VBA; or other scripting/programming languages).
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Designing, development, and configuration of product workflows in collaboration with stakeholders
2. Producing clean and efficient configurations for use within real time & constrained environments
3. Producing forms / pages which exhibit a good user experience
4. Resolution of bugs and issues
5. Collaborating with other team members, test team and stakeholders
6. Working closely with the software developers to ensure solutions meets requirements and architectural standards

7. Some simple programming / scripting ability ( Macro’s in Excel / VBA / automated tests / JavaScript / Game dev/scripting / C# / Java / Python / PowerShell / SQL / etc.)
8. Good technical problem solving with the ability to see the bigger picture
9. Capable of working proactively and carrying out day-to-day role with limited supervision
10. Capable of seeing & understanding links between modules within a system
11. Able to communicate well and adapt / understand the language used with people in different roles ( software developers / stakeholders)
