Each day will not be the same, duties include:
* Managing and motivating a team of travel sales consultants
* Product training
* Offering a cutting edge customer service
* Building relationships with customers
* Participating in exciting and inspirational FAM trips to increase product knowledge
* Responsible for the delivery and service for all aspects of the reservations process for clients travelling
* Holiday planning, educational / familiarisation trips and staff travel
* Team meetings and 1:1 meetings
* Manage promotions
* Enhance team’s product knowledge and ability to work effectively
* Arrange product training as well as relevant information and training for all ancillary products.
To be the cut above the rest:
* You must have travel agency or tour operator experience within sales management
* Good worldwide product knowledge
* Passionate about delivering excellent service
* ‘Can do’ attitude where nothing is too much trouble
* Excellent communication skills.
