Technical Sales Executive
Interesting and varied technical sales role for this high-tech component and systems manufacturer that involves driving sales growth by identifying and engaging suitable Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Key Responsibilities
* Identify and target suitable OEMs for our high-tech components, developing tailored sales strategies that resonate with their needs.
* Develop and implement effective sales campaigns to promote our product offerings.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring existing clients' needs are met with precision and timeliness.
* Utilise your technical expertise to provide in-depth product knowledge and support to clients.
* Engage in international travel to foster relationships with OEM partners, distributors, and attend industry functions (approximately 6 times a year).
* Collaborate with internal team members to provide comprehensive client support and sales offerings, including presentations and webinars.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.
Key Skills And Experience Required
* Experience in sales with a focus on OEMs and technical products.
* Strong customer service orientation with the capacity to understand and meet the needs of OEM clients.
* Technical understanding of manufacturing and mechanical systems, with confidence to explain and present technical information remotely and face-to-face.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally for client engagements and industry events.
* Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with OEM stakeholders.
* Degree in science, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant professional experience.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
