Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Staines-Upon-Thames. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their preferences, advising them on suitable vehicle options, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve managing the sales process from initial inquiry to the delivery of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Building long-term customer relationships and staying informed about market trends and product knowledge will also be key components of this role.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
* Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
* Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of Automotive Sales, Product Knowledge, and Current Market Trends
* Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Full UK driving license
* Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment
* Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus
