Leigh Primary School has a fantastic opportunity to appoint skilled Site Manager to join our friendly staff team. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and self-motivated. There will be a need for good time management, to prioritise duties and work on their own initiative. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the school premises, ensuring that high standards of compliance are maintained, and all facilities are safe and fit for purpose. A knowledge of Health and Safety and a wide range of practical skills are essential to this role as well as being able to communicate effectively. Working hours will be flexible due to the part time nature of the role.
This position is all year round based on 8 hours a week during term time. There will be the opportunity for extra hours based upon the school’s site requirements. We are looking for someone who:
