We’re looking for a Head of People and Culture to help us deliver that promise. This new senior leadership role goes beyond traditional HR, focusing on culture, wellbeing, and engagement across our 200 team members - from early years educators (EYFS) to fitness professionals and senior leadership. It’s a unique opportunity for a driven HR Manager ready to step up or an experienced HR professional looking for a healthy work–life balance. About the Role This is a strategic position where you’ll: ✔ Lead people strategy in line with our not-for-profit values ✔ Champion culture, wellbeing, and engagement initiatives ✔ Drive recruitment, retention, and talent development ✔ Embed learning and development across all levels ✔ Act as a coach and advisor to leaders across the club ✔ Oversee day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and systems (we use BambooHR) About You You’ll thrive here if you are: ✨ CIPD Level 5 with experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role ✨ A strategic thinker who also loves getting stuck in ✨ A values-led leader who genuinely cares about people ✨ Skilled in engagement, L&D, and shaping organisational culture Bonus points for experience in child care (EYFS), leisure, hospitality or not-for-profit.
