What will you be doing?
* Responding to staff and manager enquiries
* Driving HR digitalisation and ensuring payroll compliance
* Assisting in recruitment: CV screening and interview scheduling
* Maintaining personnel records and ensuring GDPR compliance
* Conducting new employee inductions and managing HR documentation
* Handling payroll data and time/attendance reporting
* Staying updated on employment law to advise management
* Coordinating employee surveys and implementing HR policies
* Supporting disciplinary processes and cross-functional projects
* Generating HR reports and assisting with audits
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
* HR administration experience as well as experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
* Advanced working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word is essential
* Interest in learning HR processes and employment law legislation
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Methodical and organised approach to work, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
