Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly experienced Working Foreman/Supervisor with experience in the domestic industry to oversee and manage daily operations on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction project management. Duties
* Supervise daily operations and coordinate activities of the onsite team to ensure project timelines are met.
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, promoting a culture of safety among all workers.
* Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.
* Assist in training new employees and developing existing staff through mentoring and skill development.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the domestic construction industry.
* Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
* A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.

Pay: £18.00-£23.00 per hour
