We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator who’s ready to support our growing team and help shape the future of Akkar. You won’t need micromanaging. You understand how to manage HR processes efficiently, maintain accuracy in employee records, and deliver excellent support across the employee lifecycle. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of key administrative responsibilities across onboarding, compliance, data management, and HR systems. Your goal is to ensure smooth operations, contribute to a positive employee experience, and support our wider people agenda as we scale.

Your Day-to-Day
1. Report directly to the HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive administrative support to Akkar’s HR division.
2. Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and databases globally.
3. Take ownership of our employee self-service HR platforms, ensuring all information and documentation is up to date and correct.
4. Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, reference checks, offer letter creation, updating the internal ATS, etc.
5. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, scheduling, and exit formalities.
