We’re looking for an Assistant Head of Estates to Join our Estates Team. Here’s the standard bit: You will support the Head of Estates to provide a high quality and responsive Estate’s service for the benefits of students and staff. this will include planning activities and managing the impact on staff and students, acting as a deputy to the Head of Estates and embedding sustainability into everyday practice supporting the College Sustainability plan. As there is a need to travel to other sites, you’ll need to hold a full UK driving license. What you’ll need: To be flexible and operate a flexible service as required and directed by Head of Estates. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual with Excellent IT and Numeracy Skills with knowledge of using facilities related software such as AutoCad and CAFM systems. You must be qualified with ONC or equivalent in Building Services and have a NEBOSH certificate or a willingness to work towards.
