We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Internal Junior Recruiter to join our expanding Talent team. This is a pivotal role with full ownership of our temporary workforce and end-to-end management of the recruitment lifecycle for all permanent warehouse and manufacturing operatives.
This is more than just filling vacancies; it's about building the teams that power our operations and contribute directly to our continued growth. You'll be based onsite at our Innovation Centre in Aylesbury (HP22 5WJ) and will work closely with hiring managers and our temporary agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end recruitment for all permanent warehouse and manufacturing operatives, covering strategic sourcing, compelling advertising, and expert selection processes (interviews, screening, and assessments).
* Act as the primary candidate contact, ensuring a superb experience from attraction through cultivation.
* Manage the full lifecycle of our temporary workforce, serving as the key liaison for our agency partners and ensuring full compliance.
* Collaborate with operational managers and our HR Business Partner to proactively build talent pipelines for both temporary and permanent roles.
* Proactively manage the careers inbox, responding to potential candidates and careers enquiries.
* Monitor key recruitment KPIs, generate insightful reports, and effectively utilise our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Support employer branding initiatives and attraction projects to continuously enhance Medik8's reputation as a top employer.
We are looking for:
* Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, within a manufacturing and operations environment.
* Demonstrable experience managing temporary workforces and liaising with recruitment agencies.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law relating to recruitment and temporary workers (e.g., AWR, Right to Work).
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Operations Teams, HR) and external partners (Agencies).
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive, self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
