We are delighted to be supporting a well-established office interior business based in Dartford with the appointment of a Part Time HR Manager to join a small HR team. Due to the nature of this sector, the role is office based initially with the ability to then attend at least one day a week depending on business needs.
Description
Reporting to the Associate Director, this is an exciting and varied Part-Time HR Manager role, overseeing a team of 15 and taking responsibility for all people matters within this successful and well-established office interior fit-out organisation.
Duties will include but not limited to:
* Manage the full spectrum of HR generalist matters.
* Develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives.
* Lead and implement performance management processes
* Advise managers on employee relations and employment law matters.
* Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
* Manage and oversee payroll and payroll records and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
* Support organisational change initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.
* Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports for decision-making by Senior Leadership Team.
* Lead recruitment campaigns and hiring across the business and implementing robust onboarding and performance review systems.
* HR process integration following recent company acquisition
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background within a similar HR role (i.e. construction/ manufacturing etc) Ideally you will have exposure to a similar sectors CIPD Level 5/7 is preferred
