Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile handyperson based within the Lewes/ Shoreham area
You will work closely with a helpdesk to deliver high working standards and safe maintenance practises in the delivery of the total facilities management services. One of the main duties of this role is to maintain full compliance with all legislation and company procedures, to provide hands on all around support to the customer.
We require the applicants to have done some legislative PPM works Fire alarms, emergency lights etc
Available shifts / Locations below:
* Location: Mobile around the East Sussex Areas- Lewes/Shoreham
* Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00pm
* £15.89 per hour including holiday pay, however you have the option to accrue
* Paid Weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.
Skills and experience required:
* Must have at least 2 years previous experience
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Good understanding of the FM industry
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel)
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
* Able to manage time effectively
* Ability to work both alone and in a team

1. Fire door checks
2. Emergency lighting checks
3. Basic plumbing tasks
4. Water hygiene testing
5. Post and parcel management
6. Carpentry
7. Painting and decorating
