We are currently looking for a motivated Payroll Processor & HR Administrator (Part Time - 30 hours per week) to join a well-established organisation based in Northampton. This is a permanent office-based position, working 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday) and offering up to £30K pro rata. Ideally our client is looking for someone to start immediately.

The role:
* Accurately prepare and run the payroll on a monthly basis
* Ensure all payroll paperwork is completed correctly
* Administer and inputting information for SSP, SMP, SPP, benefits, pension contributions
* Answer any payroll queries whilst maintaining a high level of service
* Assist with creating job descriptions, shortlisting and advising on interview process
* Coordinate and administer annual pay reviews, staff inductions, pension re-enrolment and payroll end of year activities
* Prepare contracts of employment
* Accurately maintain personnel files and ensure they’re kept up to date
* Support with collating and the preparation of HR documents
You:
1. Previous payroll experience is essential
