Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, enforcing health and safety protocols, and liaising with clients and project managers.What you'll need to succeed
* An understanding of construction and be able to overcome onsite issues.
* A valid SMSTS qualification.
* An understanding of and the ability to read construction drawings.
* Complete the required forms and procedures.
* Check the quality of the works and record works on the electronic system.
* Have excellent communication skills, so you are able to speak to and guide operatives on site.
* Be able to communicate, both verbally and in written day records, so any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
* Have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel.
