Region: Midlands / South
Salary: up to £46,000 + Company Van or Car Allowance (£6,600 p/a)
The Role
We are seeking Fire Stopping Site Managers / Technical Compliance Managers to join our team. This site-based role involves managing three teams of two Fire Stoppers each.
As a Technical Compliance Manager – Site Manager, you will oversee the safe execution of a variety of fire protection works across occupied buildings, including social housing, schools, colleges, universities, offices, and healthcare trusts.
You will manage and supervise daily on-site operations, plan materials and supplies proactively, conduct regular progress meetings with clients, inspect work (including destructive testing), and ensure project timelines, budgets, and records are maintained accurately and in line with specifications.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, hold SMSTS / SSSTS certifications, and possess good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
This role is ideal for experienced fire protection professionals who understand the bigger picture, can motivate teams, and ensure technical compliance with industry standards.
