International Property Media is hiring Property Awards Sales Executives in Chelmsford, Essex, and Newcastle on a salary plus uncapped commission basis.
We seek confident professionals with excellent communication skills to join an exciting sales environment that supports and rewards the global property industry.

The Opportunity – Sales Executive / Client Services Advisor

* Work with leading companies in architecture, interior design, property development, and real estate
* Receive full training to develop product knowledge
* Guide clients in preparing and submitting awards entries
* Upsell additional products to existing clients
* Support the Customer Services team
* Engage with international prospects, promoting the International Property Awards
* Research new prospects and follow up on leads
* Build and manage your client pipeline for awards, events, advertising, and magazines
* Reapproach clients for future award cycles
* A sales background is preferred but not essential; eagerness to learn and succeed is valued
* Be target-driven and self-motivated
* Possess excellent communication skills, including good telephony manners and strong written and spoken English
* Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones is required
* Additional languages are a plus but not necessary
