Head of Sales & Delivery - Pagos Consultants

Location: City of London (Onsite, Monday - Friday)

Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Sales & Delivery to lead our Sales & Delivery team to drive commercial growth. This role will oversee both the sales and delivery teams, ensuring high performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
* Collaborate with the sales team and clients to improve hiring programmes and explore new opportunities.
* Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and relationship building.
* Provide guidance and support to sales representatives and SDRs to maximise performance and profitability.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Ensure compliance with SLAs, governance standards, KPIs and workflow processes across all business areas.
* Act as a senior point of contact for clients, aligning recruitment initiatives with their strategic objectives.
* Support client goals while maintaining service excellence and programme scope.
* Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing team members across sales and delivery.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators across sales and delivery.
* Use data to drive decisions and demonstrate impact.


Skills & Experience Required

* Proven and demonstrable experience managing both sales and delivery functions in a recruitment or talent solutions environment.
* Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in high‑volume recruitment environments with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics.
* Familiarity with employment policies and governance frameworks.
* Tech‑savvy.
* Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders across the full hiring process.

You will be offered market rate base salary plus bonuses & comms; OTE 140k.
