We are growing pretty fast and looking for an experienced Site Manager based in the South-West to look after 2 projects in Devon and Dorset.

Key Responsibilities of the role;
* Forward planning of activities and material requirements.
* Working in accordance with RAMS
* Confirm business plans and create work schedules
* Ensure business operations are executed safely, productively and to a high standard
* Provide reliable management information to the business
* Managing all personnel within the project, including the Site Management
* Maintaining client, and site team relationships, including consultants and contractors.
* Successfully managing projects, including finance, planning and client satisfaction
Essential Requirements for the role are;
* Strong leadership, problem solving and organisational skills
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* Live locally or a travelable distance.
* Groundworks experience
* I.T. and math's Literate
The following additional skills would be very useful;
* Enhanced I.T. skills
* First Aid
* Adaptability to new process, skills and systems
* Wider understanding of full building and construction sector
