Role: Site Manager Location: Bradford Area Salary: £45k - £60k per annum based on experience (THIS IS NOT FREELANCE) Van or Pickup truck with fuel card Annual performance based bonus Holidays, Pension & Training Due to increased workload, an experienced Site Manager is required to join an established construction team. This permanent role covers new build and refurbishment projects within a 30-mile radius of Bradford, across Commercial, Industrial & High-end Residential sectors, with project values ranging from £100k o £10m.
