About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, personable team player who leads by example in both seizing sales opportunities and navigating challenges. Responsibilities
* Looking after existing customers to maximise & drive sales opportunities
* Win day to day business through service, relationships & trust
* Achieve sales targets set in relation to both turnover & gross profit to maximise bonuses
* Business planning & review meetings working with senior team
* To promote the good name of the company & further develop relationships with new and existing customers
* Work closely with the management team to get the support required to build successful customer relationships
Qualifications
Experienced external sales professional or very successful internal sales executive. Electrical Wholesale experience (min 3+ years required). Clean Driving Licence.
Pay range and compensation package
£47,000 to £55,000 per annum negotiable, depending on experience. A significant net profit annual bonus based on performance. Automatically opted in after 3 months to company pension scheme (matching up to 6% contribution). Company Car. Company mobile phone & Laptop. 25 days + bank holidays.
