In this role, you ll work as part of a supportive team, providing a customer service-focused and be the first point of contact for HR queries across the Trust. You ll help keep our HR operations running smoothly, with varied work that includes recruitment, onboarding, Safer Recruitment pre-employment checks, employee relations, payroll support, and HR systems improvement.

Experience in an administrative role (HR experience desirable)
Knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and Safer Recruitment
Strong IT skills (HRIS and Office 365)
A CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it) and experience in education or public sector settings are a plus!
