Flannery Plant Hire is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As an Operator Recruiter, you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest operators seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
* Utilising the existing database to source operators
* Dealing with general day to day queries
* Being proactive in finding/screening new operators
* Ensuring all documents and references are verified
* Being well organised and planning ahead
* Building / Maintaining relationships with new / existing operators.
* Being able to problem solve
Experience:
* Previous resourcing experience in the construction industry
* Confidence in speaking to a variety of people
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience in being able to multitask, and follow instructions
