About the role of Site Manager
You'll be running a 12m industrial project made up of two units in Westcliff-on-Sea. This isn't a plug-and-play job - you'll be involved from enabling works and groundworks right through to final fit out, managing the full lifecycle on site.
There's a strong client-facing element here, so you'll need to be sharp, professional, and comfortable holding your own in meetings while representing both the contractor and the client properly.
Responsibilities for Site Manager
* Manage the full project from enabling works through to completion
* Coordinate all subcontractors and keep the programme moving
* Maintain high health & safety and quality standards across site
* Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with client and stakeholders
Requirements for Site Manager
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience delivering projects as a Site Manager, ideally industrial builds
