ROLE: Sales Support Executive – Specification
SALARY: Competitive DOE + Quarterly Bonus

The successful candidate will join a collaborative sales team of around 20–25 people, working closely with the Specification Team in a modern open-plan office environment.
Working hours are Monday to Friday and the role is fully office based at the Worcester headquarters.

DUTIES:
* Following up enquiries with architects and construction professionals by phone
* Promoting company products and services confidently to customers
* Generating new business leads through outbound calls and prospecting
* Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
* Coordinating meetings and ensuring relevant materials are prepared
* Compiling sales data and supporting reporting for the specification team
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
* Preparing reports, presentations and documentation for the team
* Screening and responding to emails and telephone enquiries
* Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate customer information
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in a sales or business development role is essential.
A background in the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training and onboarding will be provided.
