What You’ll Do:
As a Marketing Associate, your role will be pivotal in enhancing the experience of our Indie label partners. You will dive into various tasks that keep the music industry thriving, including:
Rights Manager Support: Troubleshoot bugs, liaise with internal teams, and ensure seamless label responses.
Verification Processes: Collaborate with internal teams to handle Facebook/Instagram verification requests for our music label partners.
User Account Management: Address access issues, username changes, and more to maintain account integrity.
Ad Coupons: Create and manage ad credits and coupons for our partners to drive engagement.
CRM Management: Work cross-functionally to maintain our CRM database and create educational materials on new products.
Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports using internal dashboards to support our music label partners.
Payments: Handle payment processes, expedite invoices, and manage status workbooks.
Artist Tracking: Help track artist/label usage of music products on social media platforms.
Best practises Support: Assist in creating one-sheets for partner best practises and strategies.
Who You Are:
Experience: You have a minimum of 2 years of digital music experience, ideally interacting with record labels.
Knowledgeable: A firm understanding of social media platforms and their interaction with music.
Detail-Oriented: You’re organised and attentive to detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward.
Culturally Aware: You are in tune with current trends in the music industry and can engage with developing artists.
