Are you looking for a HR Manager role? Can you work in Cambridge on site 4 or 5 days a week? Are you passionate about developing people? Reporting to the Director of Operations, this is a newly created role for an experienced HR Manager to lead a small HR team. Based on the outskirts of Cambridge, (1 mile from the city centre) you will be based on site 5 days a week during your probationary period, then the role will offer hybrid working / 2/3 days a week on site / home. This role forms part of a larger team where you will have multiple stakeholders to manage in a complex operating model. You will an experienced HR Manager who previous in the following areas:
* Managing a range of ER cases from informal through to complex
* Managing different terms and conditions for employees
* Leading on recruitment campaigns and selection processes
* Attending SLT meetings on a monthly basis, preparing reports and papers on various HR initiatives and updates
* Developing key relationships within the organisation to support employee the employee life cycle
* Supporting on organisation wide HR projects
* Liaising with unions on occasion
* Coaching and mentoring your HR team to support their personal development.
You will have ideally worked in a larger organisation with multiple stakeholders where you have been able to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
