We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to join our dynamic team in the aftermarket motorcycle parts sector. This is an entry level role that will suit a confident computer user with a basic knowledge of Excel.
Here at Bike Torque Racing we are a small team importing and distributing some of the biggest brands in motorcycling. These include Brembo Brakes, O.Z. Wheels, D.I.D Chains, Motul Oils and many more.
In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for optimising our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will leverage your e-commerce experience to enhance our online presence and drive sales growth.
Duties
* Create product listings across multiple marketplaces, utilising third party software and bulk product management tools.
* Manage live listings according to warehouse stock levels.
* Shoot and edit product photographs for marketing and sales purposes.
* Support and implement our sales strategies by managing website special offers and landing pages.
* Create accurate descriptions that engage and inform customers about products.
* Monitor website performance using analytics tools, making data-driven decisions to improve user experience.
* Manage projects related to e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
* You will also be required to answer sales calls when necessary to advise or redirect customers.
Skills
* Proven experience in e-commerce environments is essential.
* Excellent command of English with exceptional copywriting skills.
* Proficient usage of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
* Demonstrated ability in time management and prioritising tasks effectively.
* Proficient at delivering results within deadlines.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
