Are you an organised, proactive graduate looking to start your career in HR? We’re hiring a Graduate HR Administrator to join our growing team at JJ Foodservice. This is a fantastic entry‑level role with full training and mentoring.

💼 What You’ll Do

✔ Support all HR admin processes

✔ Maintain accurate employee records & update HR systems

✔ Assist with recruitment, job adverts & interview scheduling

✔ Deliver a smooth onboarding experience

✔ Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, forms)

✔ Support Learning & Development activities such as training coordination

✔ Respond to HR queries & provide excellent employee support

✔ Ensure confidentiality & GDPR compliance


🎓 What We’re Looking For

* A recent graduate in HR, Business, Psychology, Sociology, L&D, Education, or similar
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Interest in HR, L&D, or people development
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* ⭐ HR or L&D modules during your degree are a bonus
* ⭐ No previous HR experience required — full training provided
