Cognisant is working with a premium, privately owned housebuilder renowned for exceptional build quality and craftsmanship. Due to sustained growth and a strong regional pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Site or Senior Site Manager to join their team on a major development near Swansea.
About the Opportunity
You’ll be leading the delivery of a high‑quality traditional build housing scheme, working with a business that values longevity, quality, and professionalism. With several upcoming projects in the region, this role offers long‑term stability and genuine career development.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years’ experience in traditional housebuilding
* Proven track record delivering large traditional build schemes (up to 100 units)
* Stable employment history with strong tenures in previous roles
* Experience managing groundworks on complex schemes
* A commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery
