Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Home Sales Executive located in Prestwick. Key responsibilities include building relationships with potential customers, guiding them through the sales process, and showcasing the value and quality of Park Holidays UK's holiday homes. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting park tours, maintaining excellent product knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and seamless buying experience. The Holiday Home Sales Executive will also liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and surpass sales targets.
* Customer service and relationship-building abilities to create a welcoming and professional experience for buyers.
* Effective communication and presentation skills to provide clear product explanations and park tours.
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and administrative tasks efficiently.
* Proficiency in basic IT systems and confidence using CRM tools or sales software.
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, especially in the leisure or property sectors, is an advantage.
* A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in helping customers find their perfect holiday home.
* Full UK driving license is beneficial but not mandatory.
