HR Administrator
Location: Knottingley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £27,114.26 per annum. Full-time, Permanent.
What You’ll Do
* Support the full employee journey, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond.
* Administer employee lifecycle processes, including new starters, contract changes, and terminations.
* Conduct first‑stage interviews and liaise with hiring managers to recruit the right people.
* Ensure compliance with right‑to‑work checks, background screenings and safer recruitment policies.
* Manage HR records and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
