Sales Development Representative is a critical role within our Go-To-Market team.
This position requires developing inbound generated leads, self-generating leads through traditional and innovative prospecting methods while taking a solution-led approach. Our marketing and creative team will provide all necessary tools, information, and education to make this crucial role a success.

Role Requirements:
* 1 year's experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B Sales
* Experience working within Go-To-Market / Revenue Generation Teams
* Being organized and possessing excellent task and cadence management skills
* Communication skills
* Prospecting skills (cold-calling, email outreach, social outreach)
* Product knowledge
* Naturally being inquisitive and a continuous learner

Interview Process:
1. Culture Add Interview with Chelsea (Talent Partner)
o This initial interview will focus on assessing how well the candidate would fit within our company culture. Chelsea will explore values, work style, and how they might contribute positively to our team environment. This will be a 30-minute teams call.

o In this stage, the candidate will meet with the SDR Manager to discuss the specifics of the role. They will delve into your past experience and how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position. This will be a 30-minute teams call.
1. Interview with SDR Manager and Sales Enablement Director
* In this stage, the candidate will meet with the SDR Manager and the Sales Enablement Director. During this interview, the candidate will be required to go into further detail regarding their experience, how they align with the responsibilities and expectations of this position in more depth. This will be a 1-hour face-to-face interview in our office.
