Senior HR Manager – EMEA Region
Location – Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 OR Dunton, Essex, SS15
Travel to all UK sites and other EMEA countries required.
Salary – up to £102,000 per annum plus bonus and company benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:
The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and administering Percepta’s personnel, employee development, and employee relations within a specified region. They will also collaborate and assist with compensation, benefits, and timekeeping processing and submission as needed. The Senior Human Resources Manager oversees multiple sites and HR services programs.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
Staff and Department Management
* Direct and manage a team of HR staff responsible for recruiting, administration, personnel file maintenance, and employee relations/works council.
* Interview, select, and train employees.
* Lead by example and evaluate performance through performance evaluations, one-on-ones, corrective actions, etc.
* Administer disciplinary actions as required.
Strategic Human Resources Management/Business Partnering
* Be a trusted advisor by strengthening partnerships with key stakeholders through data and workforce planning, ensuring your team does the same.
* Lead local and regional employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Partner with leaders to complete Employee Engagement Action Planning within 45-60 days after receiving survey results, with quarterly progress audits.
* Complete Front-line supervisors’ 9Box/Talent Assessments and Succession Planning in collaboration with the Organizational Development team.
* Collaborate with senior leadership, managers, and team leaders to support the employee lifecycle process.
* Partner with leaders to make recommendations regarding promotions, demotions, transfers, etc.
* Work with the HR Director to develop, implement, and maintain employment law policies and programs to ensure HR governance.
* Provide leadership training on HR topics such as interviewing skills, harassment, discrimination, employee relations, and policies.
* Implement global programs as directed by the HR Director.
* Monitor employee engagement and recommend solutions, collaborating with the Employee Engagement team.
* Develop and maintain personnel policies and procedures at the site level, ensuring consistency across locations with similar laws and regulations.
* Develop staffing strategies, implementation plans, and programs to identify talent internally and externally.
* Participate in SOW processes, maintain client relationships, and oversee program launches and transitions, including Limited Serve responsibilities.
* Oversee all employment legal issues within the region, escalating to the Director as needed.
Work Environment and Personnel Development
* Work on improving leadership, mentoring, coaching, and legal knowledge.
* Support and sustain a positive work environment that enhances team performance.
* Provide development opportunities for staff.
* Collaborate with the global team to ensure communication, transparency, and best practices across all regions.
Miscellaneous
* Ensure health & safety compliance, workers' compensation, and site certifications.
* Support site communications.
* Engage in activities or projects as assigned by the HR Director or Site Management.
* Ability to create and deliver high-quality client presentations, emphasizing analytics and business acumen.
What You Bring to the Role:
Education
* College, university, or secondary degree, preferably in Business or Human Resource Management.
Experience
* At least 7 years of strategic HR business partnering experience.
* Proven 7+ years in HR management roles.
* Extensive experience in employee relations and recruitment.
* 7+ years managing complex employee issues and coaching employees.
* Experience with employment law specific to the region (e.g., Leaves, Employee and Labor Relations, Grievance procedures, TUPE).
