Peaple Talent have partnered with a consultancy business looking to recruit a SharePoint Administrator to work on internal projects.
Our client is seeking a talented SharePoint Online Administrator to join a dynamic, small team dedicated to creating, implementing, and maintaining intuitive SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration and boost efficiency.
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into practical, scalable solutions leveraging SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365), the Power Platform and modern web technologies.
Create and configure SharePoint Online sites, utilizing both standard and custom web parts, while delivering business solutions through PnP technologies, PowerShell, and modern site templates.
Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to design and implement solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Seamlessly connect SharePoint Online with Microsoft365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook to provide a unified experience for users.
Establish and enforce governance, security, and permissions frameworks across all SharePoint sites.
Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot existing SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to compliance standards.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing business solutions within SharePoint Online.
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, with particular proficiency in Power Platform tools.
Skilled in HTML, CSS, and knowledgeable in REST APIs for modern solution development.
Strong grasp of SharePoint governance, security, and best practice frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices (Desired).
Experience working with source control systems such as Git in Azure DevOps (Desired).
Experience in migrating from legacy SharePoint on-premises environments to SharePoint Online, or between SharePoint Online tenants.
