Overall Purpose of the Job:
To manage the site throughout the construction phase, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of the project in line with the agreed timelines and quality standards.
General Responsibilities:
* Serve as the single point of contact and responsibility for both the client and the Contracts Manager regarding any aspect associated with the site under your control.
Specific Responsibilities / Hard Skills:
* Onsite Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and clients as needed.
* Supplier Negotiation & Control: Ensure that suppliers meet agreed-upon terms, conditions, and performance standards.
* Site Life Cycle Management: Oversee the entire life cycle of the site, from preparation through to completion.
* Resource Planning: Manage resource allocation to ensure efficient site operation.
* Customer and Supplier Liaison: Act as the main communication bridge between the site, client, and suppliers.
* Site Design & Engineering Understanding: Ensure site operations align with the design and engineering specifications.
