Responsibilities
* Proven sales experience
* Building strong relationships with developers, contractors, and key decision-makers
* Positioning KONE’s innovative lift and escalator solutions to add real value to customer projects
* Driving revenue growth while protecting margin and pricing strategy
* Effectively managing pipeline and customer data through CRM systems
Qualifications
* A proven track record in a target-driven B2B sales or business development role
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
* Experience within construction, building solutions, or technical sales (lift & escalator industry experience is a strong advantage)
* Confidence negotiating contracts and managing financial discussions
* Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
* Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
