Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound sales enquiries by phone and email
Creating tailor-made travel packages (flights, hotels, transfers, extras)
Designing and managing group travel bookings (multi-passenger, coordinated itineraries)
Using Amadeus for flight pricing and ticketing
Managing bookings and client data within Dolphin
Advising clients on Caribbean destinations and resorts
Handling group enquiries (celebrations, events, special interest travel)
Managing logistics for group travel (rooming lists, schedules, amendments, special requests)
Proactive follow-ups to maximise conversion
Working closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery
Essential Requirements (non-negotiable)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel sales role
Strong knowledge of the Caribbean as a leisure destination
Proven ability to create bespoke travel packages
Demonstrable experience managing group travel bookings
Experience handling group enquiries
Confidence managing complex, multi-passenger itineraries
Confident phone manner and closing ability
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work remotely
Highly Desirable
Amadeus experience
Dolphin experience
Experience with group travel logistics and coordination
Existing repeat client base
