* Manage subcontractors and coordinate day-to-day site operations
* Conduct health & safety inspections, including regular site assessments
* Oversee labour management and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
* Oversee site operations
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
