We're looking for a HR Administrator (2nd Line) to join our HR Shared Services Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Administrator (2nd Line), you'll work within the HR Shared Services Team, supporting colleagues by providing guidance on policies, HR, and pay-related queries, and supporting employee lifecycle changes.
Your Day To Day Will Include
* Providing guidance to employees on Kier policies, HR, and pay-related queries.
* Processing HR and pay-related changes into our HR system, including family leave, redundancies, secondments, sabbaticals, probation extensions, and preparing relevant GDPR-compliant correspondence.
* Monitoring, reviewing, and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with current legislation.
* Contributing to HR Shared Services projects and process improvements.
* Supporting calculations of exit costs for redundancies and settlement agreements.
