A prestigious manufacturing company, based in the heart of Trafford Park with over thirty years delivering top quality products and services, have a new vacancy for a HR Administrator. Suitable for a candidate with proven HR support experience within administrative who doesn’t want progression or a strong administrator looking for a step into a clerical HR position.
1. Supporting the HR Manager’s with all HR administrative tasks, being the point of contact for any HR queries
2. Maintain the HR intranet with employee and applicants’ information
3. Supporting the recruitment process with all onboarding, new starter information, leavers, payroll processing, contracts and offer letters through to proactively managing the applicant tracking system
4. Supporting the team with production of legal documentation, hotels, travel and induction days
5. Preparing employment packs
6. Production of new starter, leaver and salary amendments and acknowledgment of resignations to employees
7. Providing timely information to payroll to ensure staff are paid on time on a weekly and monthly basis
8. Producing documentation and taking minutes at grievance and disciplinary meetings
9. Undertaking all other generalist HR administrative duties that are required on a daily basis
10. Ensure all HR administrative activities are handled in strictest confidence
