Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing for Domiciliary Care company, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and engage potential clients through marketing and networking efforts.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
* Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Experience
* Proven experience in Domiciliary care sales, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong marketing skills with a track record of successful lead generation.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
