2. Support pupils at key transition points, including moves between schools and alternative provision
3. Work with schools to support pupils on Off‑Site Direction, Managed Moves and Early Help plans

5. Liaise effectively with families, schools, alternative provision and partner agencies
6. Deliver individual or small‑group mentoring support tailored to pupils’ needs
7. Maintain clear records and follow agreed reporting and review processes
8. Operate at all times within safeguarding, professional and ethical boundaries

About you

You will be:

9. Educated to NVQ Level 3 or above
10. An effective communicator, confident working with young people, families and professionals
11. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
12. Organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities
13. Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners
14. Experience of working in an educational or youth‑focused setting, and an understanding of exclusion or alternative provision processes, would be an advantage.

This role requires regular travel across Central and South Warwickshire and occasional travel throughout the county. A full UK driving licence is therefore essential.
