Position: Site Manager – Construction Team. Location: Rainham. Hours: Full-time – 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities
* Managing operational resources, including people and physical assets, to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
* Leading and motivating site teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Implementing health and safety policies and ensuring full compliance with all regulations and best practices.
* Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges proactively to deliver excellent results.
Qualifications
* Hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
* Proven experience in a site management role with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
* Working towards or holding professional membership with a relevant professional body.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
* Highly organised, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding client satisfaction.
