Overview
Sales Executive - Field Sales (Molson Coors & Haribo) — Fixed Term until 30 September 2026. Territory: Bristol, Swindon, Taunton, Shepton Mallet, Gloucester and surrounding areas. Salary: £24,800 per annum + up to 20% bonus (OTE £29,760 per annum) + company car (fuel card included).
Join Powerforce as a Field Sales Executive representing Molson Coors & Haribo. This FMCG sales role is ideal for a Business Development Professional looking to manage a Grocery territory and drive brand awareness in major supermarkets. Whether you are an experienced Field Sales Representative or transitioning your experience into professional sales, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed. You'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team, supported by your Regional Sales Manager as you work towards achieving individual and team KPIs.
Responsibilities
* Build partnerships: secure high-level relationships with store managers to become their "go-to" brand expert.
* Increase visibility: negotiate prime shelf space and secondary displays to ensure our brands stand out.
* Drive compliance: ensure all promotions are active and correctly implemented to maximize sales.
* Business growth: identify and secure new opportunities to expand our brand footprint in every store.

A full manual UK driving license with a minimum of 12 months' experience is required.
